Licenses:
Licensing in under the sole responsibility of the hunter. Dates, seasons and game limits are strictly adhered to and the Hunter is expected to know such laws and is responsible for any violations. You are required to possess a NC hunting license with HIP certification to hunt any Migratory game bird. A Federal duck stamp is required to hunt Waterfowl.
